Tactical K9 Conducted a Four Day E-Collar Workshop for the Los Angeles School Police
January 18th, 2012
On February 1st thru March 4th, 2012, Tactical K9 will be conducted a four day E-collar workshop for the Los Angleles School Police K9 Unit. Other local K9 teams attended. The class was limited to ten K9 teams. Tactical K9 continued its mission to keep these workshops to a small student to instructor ratio. K9 teams were introduced to this new system (E-collar) and training was tailored to each specific team. Tactical control over thier canine partners was the focus, as well as direction and control exercises. The teams were married to this new system of communication for advanced tactical work.

On January 7th thru 10th, 2013, CNCA will be hosting their 22nd Annual Narcotics and Patrol Dog Handler Conference. CEO of Tactical K9 (Doug Roller) will be instructing on Off Leash Tactical Urban Searching. This class will provide a basic understanding of E-Collar introduction and advanced work in off leash search tactics.
