Tactical K9 Conducts Seminar for Illinois Tactical Officers Association
On June 7, 8, and 9th 2010,Tactical K9, headed by founder and owner Doug Roller, conducted a three day seminar for the Illinois Tactical Officers Association. Their head K9 Trainer Danny Rameriz had contacted Tactical K9 and requested that they provide a three day event including but not limited to Perimeter Containments and Command Post Operations, K9 Search Team Tactics and K9 Problem Solving. Instructors Mike Goosby and Jeff Miller joined Doug Roller in the instruction. All instructors are members of the Los Angeles Police Department and have vast experience in K9 related tactics and training.
The seminar was an outstanding success. All the comments and reviews were heartfelt leaving the attendees a wealth of knowledge and techniques for their future successes. Tactical K9 is hoping to instruct next year and have been advised that the event may be larger than this one. Tactical K9 was honored to instruct for the organization and our thanks go out to K9 Officer Danny Ramirez for all his hard work and dedication.
