Tactical K9 Conducted 4 Day E-collar Workshop for South Bend K9 Unit
December 8th, 2011
On November 14th thru 17th of 2011, Tactical K9 and instructor Doug Roller conducted an advanced 4 day E-collar workshop for the South Bend Police K9 Unit. The workshop focused on direction and control as well as advanced off-leash search tactics. South Bend SWAT participated in some of the training. The training was a tremendous success with all teams advancing in off-leash control and team movements. Many thanks go out to Steve Noonan and Jeff Rynearson for making the workshop happen. Tactical K9 is hoping to come out again later in 2012 for more advanced search work.

On January 7th thru 10th, 2013, CNCA will be hosting their 22nd Annual Narcotics and Patrol Dog Handler Conference. CEO of Tactical K9 (Doug Roller) will be instructing on Off Leash Tactical Urban Searching. This class will provide a basic understanding of E-Collar introduction and advanced work in off leash search tactics.
