Tactical K9 Conducts E-collar Workshop
April 8th, 2011
On March 28th, 2011, Tactical K9 provided E-Collar and tactical building search work for local Southern California K9 Units. The training was limited to 10 handlers as this training consisted of specialized E-collar training for individual teams. Foundation work was completed on the training field and taken into the search environment. The training was well recieved by all. Mike Goosby assisted in the training. A special thanks to the Los Angeles County Police Canine Association, as they funded all costs associated with the training. Tactical K9 would also like to thank Pete Burmeister of West Coast K9 for the use of his fine canine training field.

On January 7th thru 10th, 2013, CNCA will be hosting their 22nd Annual Narcotics and Patrol Dog Handler Conference. CEO of Tactical K9 (Doug Roller) will be instructing on Off Leash Tactical Urban Searching. This class will provide a basic understanding of E-Collar introduction and advanced work in off leash search tactics.
